Kimberly has always had a passion for helping people. Before going to school for occupational therapy, she helped with her father’s recovery and modifications of their home after a severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). She also worked as a Special Education teacher as well as a hippotherapy assistant, helping occupational and physical therapists provide services on horseback.

Kimberly attended Rutgers University where she attained a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and then graduated Summa Cum Laude with her master’s in occupational therapy from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Since receiving her degree, she has worked with primarily with adults in an outpatient hand and upper extremity and general occupational therapy rehabilitation setting. She has worked with pediatrics for handwriting, fine motor, and sensory deficits as well. She is also a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) through National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is working toward her Executive Certificate in Home Modification (ECHM) through the University of Southern California.

Kimberly always felt she could give more back to the community, so decided to start her own business providing community based occupational therapy services in the home and community environment. Many older adults or those with disabilities have a difficult time or are reluctant to leave their home, so it is imperative to ensure they receive the care they need in a safe environment to prevent further injury and assist with aging in place.

Kim is a mom to an incredible 4-year-old boy. She also enjoys traveling around the world with her family while teaching her son about other cultures. Kim is an avid skier and marathon runner, trying to reach a goal of running a marathon in all 50 states!
